Fall Retreat at University of St. Mary’s of the Lake

9 a.m.-3 p.m.

God might be a mighty wind in your life or God might be a gentle breeze. Come explore the space where curiosity and passion meet.
We'll spend the morning at the Conference Center at University of St. Mary of the Lake in Mundelein exploring the theme through prayer and discussion, led by Rev. Amy Heinrich, and yoga, led by Heather's Gym founder Heather Fahrenkrog. We will end the morning with a contemplative walk through the beautiful campus. We will break for lunch and then reconvene in the Conference Center for a spiritual vision board workshop and closing prayer.

A buffet lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m.. Coffee, tea and other beverages will be available throughout the day. Dress in casual, comfortable clothing for yoga and walking outside. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
There is a dress code on campus, so the Conference Center requests that guests wear a jacket, sweater or sweatshirt over any exercise clothing during lunch and  while walking through campus.

Registration opens Sept. 1.
Cost: $35 before Oct. 1 (Early Bird)
