Welcome Back to Club MOM!  Club M.O.M. has a huge variety of activities planned for this Fall!  Beginning on September 8th, we will meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month in the side balcony room.  Our meetings typically include a social hour with coffee and snacks, followed by a speaker.  Each meeting is from 9:00-11:00 a.m. and childcare is provided.

Our first meeting of the 2010-11 season will be our Annual Welcome Back Brunch on September 8th.  All goodies and coffee will be provided and there will not be a speaker.  Join us for a morning of relaxed socializing with new and old friends. 

First Pres Summer Book Read Discussion. At 7:00 p.m. we’ll get together to share our favorite chapters from Michael Lindvall’s book Good News from North Haven and recall some faith stories of our own.  Pastor Roberta will provide the pimento cheese sandwiches and sweet tea!  

Coming this Fall: Parenting with a Purpose, a new group for couples with kids age 0-6 years old. Parenting with a Purpose is an encouraging group with faith-based direction where parents can connect to others with young children interested in learning about the same things. Parent Date Night! – Our Senior High students and adult supervisors will be babysitting children in the Christian Education wing of the church from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. Please contact the church office or email Juli Dunsing  if you will be taking advantage of this service. The money raised will benefit the Senior High Mission Trip to Rocky Mount, NC next summer.
