Your Sunday School Teachers are waiting to welcome you today. Infants through Kindergarten start in class. First grade and up will remain in worship. Did you know, on the weeks children are staying in church, worship bags are available to help children follow along with the order of worship and keep hands and minds busy through the church hour? They are lovingly put together by our own Carrie Skibitzki. If you didn’t see them as you came in – ask an usher to get you one. We also now have children’s bulletins on hand for both readers and prereaders on weeks children are dismissed to Sunday School. They will often be tied to the Sunday School lesson for the week.
Today’s lesson is on Holy Week and the big, big love of Jesus.
Coming Up: Egg Hunt! When: Easter, 10:00 a.m. Where: Join us in the Fellowship Hall for coffee/lemonade and a story followed by our hunt. Please bring a bag of candy to share with our participants and something to carry your eggs and candy in. Hope to see you there!
Have you heard the buzz? Rolling River Rampage is coming and you don’t want to be left on the shore. There will be a sign-up table for VBS in the Fellowship Hall during the Egg Hunt. VBS is from 1-4 p.m. on June 11–15. Sign up early and beat the rush!
Needed: Looking for grandmas or grandpas, local college students, or anyone who has a couple of hours to spare once a month or more. We need helpers in the nursery on Sunday mornings and possibly other times to care for some of God’s youngest masterpieces. If this might be you, contact Carol Boyce or 847-362-2174 ext. 225.
CHILD & YOUTH Sunday School Registration You can find forms by the Sunday School office on the first floor or download and print out CHILDREN or YOUTH . Drop off completed registration(s) during the week at the church office, give it to your child’s Sunday School teacher or print, fill out and scan back to Kristin Marsden. Registration is important for not only our records, but your child’s safety, so please help us out by completing the information for us. Thank you!
